Terms & Condition

AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAMIELMARVIN VISUALS AND CLIENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between SamielMarvin Visuals (“Service Provider”) and the Client (“Client”) for the provision of photography and/or videography services. By paying the deposit, the Client agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. SERVICES

SamielMarvin Visuals agrees to provide photography and/or videography services as outlined in the agreed-upon booking details.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

    •    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the shoot begins.

    •    If payment is not received on time, the booking will be cancelled.

    •    Bookings made within 24 hours of the shoot incur an additional £25 charge.

3. BOOKING CONDITIONS

    •    The Client must provide a confirmed location, date, and time before booking.

Unless SamielMarvin-Visuals (Willing to suggest locations) agrees to provide a shoot location, its the client's responsibility.

    •    A travel fee will be applied based on the shoot location (Specifically outside London).

    •    A 15-minute grace period is granted for lateness. If exceeded, a £20 late fee applies.

    •    Lateness beyond 30 minutes may result in cancellation or an additional £50 charge for every 30 minutes thereafter.

    •    The Client must confirm that the shoot is proceeding as planned at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.

4. LOCATION RESPONSIBILITY

    •    The Client is responsible for selecting the shoot location.

    •    If the venue has restrictions that prevent the shoot and no suitable alternative is provided, the shoot will be cancelled, and full payment remains due.

5. DELIVERY & EDITING

    •    Edited photographs will be delivered within 3-5 days, and videos within 7-14 days, depending on the booking type.

    •    Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee:

    •    Next-day photo delivery: £30

    •    Next-day video delivery: £80

    •    Expedited services must be requested at least 24 hours before the shoot.

    •    Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions. Additional edits may incur extra fees.

6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

    •    SamielMarvin Visuals retains full copyright of all captured images and footage.

    •    The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial use license for the final deliverables unless agreed upon.

    •    SamielMarvin Visuals may use images for promotional purposes unless the Client explicitly opts out before booking (opting out will incur an additional fee).

    •    The Client may not sell, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior agreement.

7. LIABILITY & STORAGE

    •    SamielMarvin Visuals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the shoot.

    •    The Client agrees to indemnify and hold SamielMarvin Visuals harmless from any claims arising from the event.

    •    SamielMarvin Visuals does not guarantee storage of images or footage beyond 30 days after the event, unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

    •    The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the Client.

    •    If rescheduling is requested, a new payment is required if the request is made less than 24 hours before the original booking time.

By submitting the deposit, the Client confirms their agreement to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
